Due to COVID-19 and the disruptions it is causing in supply chains worldwide there could be some delays in this shipping time. But please be sure that all orders are shipped at least 2 days after your purchase and are delivered to you within 7-15 days. We always strive to provide the best customer support to you! Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at the checkout.
We run discount and promotions all over the year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship directly from the warehouse within 6 hours after ordering. So usually orders will arrive within 5-12 days.  This is mainly due to high demand while trying to maintain low prices.



FREE RETURNS! You have up to 60 days to start your return from the moment your Gloabe Galaxy order is delivered. Check out the information below to ensure you know just how to return your items, it’s easy – we promise!


1. We will cover the shipping costs for your return.

2. Go to our return portal, (click on 'Make A Return' below)

3. Send us your order number(e.g. #00000), Name and shipping postal (zip) code OR email address. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.

4. Tell us which item(s) you are returning and why.

5. Send us your original delivery information.

Just as a reminder, we've extended our returns policy to 60 DAYS, due to the global disruption of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
